At Lashes N Beauty, we truly care about our customers and want you to be happy with every single purchase. We carefully check each product before shipping, but if something goes wrong, don’t worry — we’ll sort it out for you.
If You Need to Return Something
Because our products are personal-use items, we can’t accept returns or exchanges once they’ve been opened or used.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or it’s not what you ordered, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery — we’ll make it right.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll need to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Please share your order number or receipt so we can find your purchase quickly.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you all the details on how to send it back. Please note — shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If something arrives damaged or not as expected, we’re happy to exchange it for the same item.
Just send us an email at support@lashesnbeauty.com with your order number, a few pictures of the item, and a short note about the issue. We’ll take care of you right away.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- A few clear photos
- A short message about the problem
We’ll review it and send a replacement or store credit if needed — no stress.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and check it, we’ll let you know if it’s approved.
If it is, your refund will go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
(Some banks take a bit longer to show the refund, so please allow a few extra days.)
What Can’t Be Returned
For hygiene and safety, we can’t take back:
- Opened lash products
- Lash glue or adhesive
- Beauty tools or lash applicators
- Sale or clearance items
Canceling an Order
Changed your mind? You can cancel your order within 2 hours after placing it — just email support@lashesnbeauty.com as soon as possible. Once it’s processed or shipped, we can’t cancel it.
